Challenge

In a typical week, a custom stamp manufacturer with a reseller network sees thousands of orders flow through its production floor — but those orders don't arrive cleanly. They come in fragments, generated by dozens of independent resellers selling across an ever-growing list of online marketplaces: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, regional platforms, niche directories. Each marketplace exposes its orders differently. Each reseller forwards them differently.

At the same time, the resellers generating that volume face the mirror image of the same problem. The more marketplaces they sell on, the more dashboards they juggle, the more time they lose copying orders from one system into another.

The gap between where orders are placed and where products are made widens with every new channel and every new reseller added to the network. What was missing wasn't demand. It was infrastructure capable of pulling all of it into one queue.

Solution

Luxtown is the infrastructure that closes the gap. The platform connects directly to every marketplace each reseller sells on, automatically pulling in every order — across every channel, every reseller — and routing it into a single, normalized production pipeline at the manufacturer's end.

From there, orders flow through artwork preparation, batching, and shipment in one consistent system, with role-aware experiences tailored to manufacturers and resellers alike. What used to be a thousand fragmented order streams becomes one queue everyone can trust.

Order Management

Every order from every marketplace lands in the same normalized queue, regardless of which reseller placed it or which channel it came from. From placement to fulfillment, orders move through an explicit lifecycle that's searchable, filterable, and visible to manufacturers and resellers alike at exactly the level of detail each role needs.

Production Batches

Orders don't move through the factory one at a time — they move in groups. Luxtown's batch model lets the manufacturer's team assemble orders into production batches, release them onto the floor, and track them end-to-end, mirroring how the physical workflow actually runs. What was previously a manual exercise becomes a structured, auditable workflow with a clear status at every step.

SKU & Artwork Management

Every stamp is a custom product, but it's still built from a structured catalog of SKUs and artwork assets. The platform handles SKU configuration, artwork uploads, and the rules that govern how artwork is applied per product. By the time an order reaches production, every detail it needs is already in place — no ambiguity about which artwork belongs to which order.

Reseller Network

The Resellers section gives the manufacturer full visibility and control over its distributed sales network: onboarding new resellers, managing access, configuring per-reseller discounts and subscriptions. Scaling the network stops being a logistics problem and becomes a business decision the manufacturer can make on its own terms.

Going from Project to Partner

What started as a focused MVP — orders, batches, SKUs, artwork, and the reseller network — has become an ongoing partnership. With the operational core in place, Luxtown is now expanding along a clearly prioritized roadmap spanning manufacturing operations, reseller tools, integrations, and platform onboarding.

We continue to work with the Luxtown team as a long-term technology partner: shipping new capabilities, hardening the platform under real production load, and building the system that will support the business at the scale it's aiming for.
