How I Rediscovered LinkedIn 😎

Just a couple of months ago, I couldn't even imagine how cool LinkedIn is as a tool for finding like-minded individuals! When I first signed up on this platform, I thought it would simply help me find a new job or establish business contacts. But it turned out to be much more than just a professional social network. LinkedIn is a kind of club for like-minded people, where you can meet many interesting individuals and even make new friends.

As I started exploring LinkedIn, I was amazed by the sheer number of amazing people who, as it turned out, are open to communication and eager to share their experiences. After all, work doesn't have to be boring and monotonous. It was gratifying to learn that behind successful professionals are ordinary people with a sense of humor and interests beyond the work sphere.

One of the most pleasant discoveries for me was how easy it is to find new business partners! Previously, it required endless networking events, hundreds of hours on phone calls, or sending hundreds of emails with collaboration proposals. But it turns out, on LinkedIn, it's much simpler! You can simply find people whose interests and directions align with yours and send them an invitation to collaborate.

LinkedIn is also a platform where you can learn something new or emphasize certain aspects of familiar industries. The number of articles and publications written by interesting individuals and professionals in their field is simply overwhelming! And the most interesting part is that I can ask the authors for clarification on things that are unclear to me, with a high probability of getting a response.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how well the LinkedIn mobile app works and allows for convenient use of the platform, whether at home, in the office, or even on a picnic with family! I strive to completely transition all processes from my laptop to my iPad, and a well-designed app that doesn't limit functionality and is enjoyable to use is crucial to me.

This platform has now become a place where I will regularly share my work, professional achievements, ideas, and other interesting activities. So stay tuned, there's more to come!

Thanks to my new job at JetRockets, I have discovered a wonderful tool for both communication and finding business partners! Although, of course, there are sometimes obstacles to overcome. For example, my attempts to add Richard Branson to my contacts only led to receiving an automated response saying that "he is currently not available to accept new connections but wishes me luck in all my endeavors." 😅 Richard simply doesn't know what valuable contact he missed out on 😀. I'm sure there's still much ahead!
